1. General Prohibitions

• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any Omareyah Team system or network, or breaching any security or authentication measures;
• Accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of Omareyah Team's systems, computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of its providers;
• Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any software used to provide Omareyah Team's services;
• Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the access of any user, host, or network, including by sending viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Omareyah Team;
• Accessing or searching Omareyah Team, or downloading any intellectual property from it, using any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like, other than our publicly supported interfaces;
• Planting malware or using Omareyah Team to distribute malware;
• Sending any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam;
• Sending altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including spoofing or phishing;
• Posting or transmitting anything fraudulent, misleading, or that infringes on others' rights;
• Impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Violating the privacy of others;
• Violating any applicable law or regulation; or
• Encouraging or enabling any other individual to do any of the above.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We are not obligated to monitor access to or use of Omareyah Team, your content, or other users' intellectual property. However, we have the right to do so to operate Omareyah Team, ensure compliance with these Terms, or comply with applicable law or legal requirements.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any of your content at any time and without notice, including, at our sole discretion, if we find such content objectionable or in violation of these Terms.

We also have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects Omareyah Team, and may consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute violators.

2. DMCA / Copyright Policy

We respect copyright law and expect you to do the same. It is our policy to terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe, or are believed to be repeatedly infringing, the rights of copyright holders.

3. AI-Generated Image Features

The following additional terms apply to your use of AI-generated content features within our app. By using this functionality, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

3.1 User Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the prompts you enter and the content you generate using our AI features. You agree not to use prompts or generate content that:

• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and publicity rights, of any third party;
• Replicates or recreates characters, logos, artwork, or styles in a manner that constitutes derivative works or direct copying of protected content;
• Imitates or attempts to recreate the likeness of any known figure, brand, or media property without proper rights;
• Is intended to bypass known restrictions related to copyrighted or trademarked materials.

3.2 Use of Third-Party AI APIs

The image generation functionality in this app is powered by third-party AI APIs. We do not develop or control the underlying image generation model. All generated outputs are the result of automated processes governed by these external APIs.

3.3 Disclaimer of Affiliation

The app, its developers, and affiliated entities are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any company, artist, or intellectual property referenced through artistic themes or naming conventions, for example "anime style," "pirate fantasy," and similar references.

3.4 Intellectual Property Rights and License

You retain rights to your original prompts. However, the app and/or the API provider may retain anonymized prompts or outputs for quality and safety improvements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use images generated through the app for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise expressly permitted.

3.5 Prohibited Uses

You may not use generated images or prompts:

• For commercial redistribution without obtaining necessary rights;
• To impersonate, defame, or mislead others;
• To train other AI models or datasets;
• In any manner that violates applicable laws or platform policies, including App Store and Google Play guidelines;
• To bypass geographical or technical restrictions.

3.6 Limitation of Liability

We disclaim any responsibility for legal consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content. We do not review or moderate outputs before they are displayed.

You agree that we are not liable for any third-party claims, including copyright or trademark infringement, arising from your generated content.

3.7 Enforcement and Reporting

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to AI generation features if we detect or receive reports of violations of these terms. If you believe a generated image or prompt violates your rights, please contact us at the address below.

3.8 Modification of These Terms

These additional terms may be updated periodically to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Continued use of the AI generation features constitutes acceptance of such updates.
